From Exposition, select Manage booth preferences
Expo
Select an exposition from the list.
Exhibitor Booth Preferences
Displays all exhibitors' booth preferences for the selected exposition.
Product Filter
Select a specific filter from the list. Only Exhibitor Booth Preferences for that product display.
Booth Filter
Select a booth for the product selected from the Product Filter list. Only Exhibitor Booth Preferences for that booth display.
Status Filters
Enable the appropriate filters:
■ Declined D - Enable to view booth preferences that have been declined.
■ Accepted A - Enable to view booth preferences that have been accepted and will be converted to assigned booths.
■ Pending P - Enable to view booth preferences that have not been accepted or declined.
■ Converted C - Enable to view booth preferences that have been accepted and converted.
■ Invalid Booth X - Enable to view booth preferences that are assigned or booths that do not exist.
■ Invalid Product XP - Enable to view exposition products that do not exist.
Sort
Enable the appropriate options:
■ Booth # - Enable to sort the list by booth number.
■ Points - Enable to sort the list by priority points.
■ Company - Enable to sort the list alphabetically by company name.
■ Status - Enable to sort the list by status.
Status buttons
This group of buttons allows you to process and apply preferences:
■ Accept button - Click to accept booth preferences prior to conversion.
■ Decline button - Click to decline booth preferences.
■ Convert button - Click to convert accepted booth preferences into actual booth orders.
■ Convert All button - Click to convert all booth preferences that have been accepted into product orders.
■ Delete button - Click to delete individual booth preferences.
To accept booth preferences
You must accept exhibitor booth preferences before converting booth preferences.
1. From Exposition, select Manage booth preferences to open the Manage booth preferences window.
2. Select an exposition from the Expo list to display all booth preferences.
3. (optional) Filter and sort the list:
□ Select a Product Filter.
□ Select a Booth Filter.
□ Sort the list.
4. Select the Exhibitor Booth Preferences you want to accept, and click Accept. A message prompts you to continue.
5. Click Yes. All unaccepted booth preferences have a D (declined) status.
To decline booth preferences
1. From Exposition, select Manage booth preferences to open the Manage booth preferences window.
2. Select the booth preferences you want to decline from the list of Exhibitor Booth Preferences.
3. Click Decline. A message prompts you to verify declining the selected entries.
4. Click Yes.
To convert booth preferences
After accepting booth preferences, convert the preferences to orders. You can convert preferences individually or all together.
1. From Exposition, select Manage booth preferences to open the Manage booth preferences window.
2. Accept all applicable booth preferences for the selected exposition. See To accept booth preferences for more.
3. (optional) To convert selected booth preferences, do the following:
4. Select the booth preferences you want to convert.
□ Click Convert. A message prompts you to continue.
□ Click Yes to convert the selected booth preferences.
5. (optional) To convert all booth preferences, do the following:
□ Click Convert All. A message prompts you to continue.
□ Click Yes to convert all the accepted booth preferences.
To delete booth preferences
1. From Exposition, select Manage booth preferences to open the Manage booth preferences window.
2. Select the booth preferences you want to delete.
3. Click Delete. A message prompts you to verify deleting the selected booth preferences.
4. Click Yes.
